Join us at Embark Behavioral Healths short-term young adult residential treatment program in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

We are seeking a Life Coach (PRN as needed for additional coverage) to join our dynamic team in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Responsibilities:
  • Support individual students in completing treatment objectives during their stay.
  • Work closely with individual students.
  • Complete accurate, timely, and objective daily documentation for each student.
  • Meet with individual students on caseload bi-weekly to review Master Treatment Plan goals, weekly schedules, daily progress, and create a plan of action.
  • Establish rapport and provide individualized support to all enrolled students.
  • Collaborate with the primary therapist and Clinical Director to provide execute appropriate interventions.
  • Run at least 1 group per term

Qualifications:
  • Preferred:?Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work (Or closely related discipline)?
  • Minimum two?years' experience?working with?young adults?(Or closely related experience)
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Oregon Food Handler's Card
  • Valid Driver's License and 3 years driving experience with clean driving record.
  • A desire to facilitate?student?growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.??
  • Preferred-Understanding of the DSM-V disorders .?
  • Invite tools and resources in-house and the community that support student goals and skills.?
  • Ability to pass a state background check.??

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
